[yt-dev] Proposed 3.0 release strategy: July 30

Cameron, I'm happy to indicate what the level of support for Maestro and
Castro is in that table, but I think it needs to be redesigned to fit more
codes in the table.  Perhaps transposing it?

For Maestro, I'd say:

Fluid quantities: yes, except for the base state (that has no analog in yt,
but would be nice to add)
Particles: no (that's something I'll add as needed in the future)
Parameter: yes
Units: yes
Read on demand: I'm guessing yes, since Nyx says yes here and they both use
the boxlib frontend
Load raw data: likewise, I'd say yes based on Nyx
Part of test suite: no (but I'd like to add it at some point)
Level of support: I'd say "almost full", since 99% of sims don't use
particles and the base state stuff can be mapped onto the Cartesian grid in
Maestro if we want to vis it.


For Castro, I'd say yes to everything except particles -- I am not sure if
they are stored the same way as in Nyx.  Chris might know.
