[Yt-dev] Configuration reorg call for testing

Hi Matt,

I just did this on my laptop.  Here are the before and after versions of my
config file.

Before:
[lagos]
ReconstructHierarchy: True
loadfieldplugins: True
pluginfilename: plugins.py
[reason]
centeronmax: True
[yt]
LogLevel: 1

After:
[yt]
loadfieldplugins = True
loglevel = 1
pluginfilename = plugins.py

Some of the options seem to be gone.  Are they just no longer options?
