[Yt-dev] Configuration reorg call for testing

Yup, the hierarchy reconstruction is no longer necessary and
centeronmax went away as did the reason GUI as a whole.  I stripped
out a couple other options that were either not used, or no longer
necessary, as well.

What do you think, ready for primetime?
