[Yt-dev] DualEPS extension

Hi all,

I just committed a new extension that can create EPS figures that have both compressed bitmaps and vector graphics.  I've been wanting to do this for the past few years!  I always hate making very high resolution figures for publication *just* to have the text sharp.  This extension can make either a single panel or multi-panel panel with one call.  Here are some examples, notice that their file sizes are similar to their JPEG file sizes.

It could use some refinements, but I've pretty pleased with its output!  I hope this is useful to many of you.
