[Yt-dev] DualEPS extension

Hi John,
Thanks for this! I can certainly say I will be using it. Do you
think this would go well in the docs under the extensions? I'd like
to put it out with yt-1.7. I can make a good start from what you've
sent and your examples, then maybe hand it off to you for cleaning up?
