[yt-users] Workaround for creating OffAxisProjectionPlots with a data_source

Hi David,

So this is actually possible with OffAxisProjectionPlot, I added it as a
new feature back in January:

I just checked, and it does work with cut_regions.

If you switch to the development verison of yt then you should be good to
go. Here are instructions on how to do that:
