[yt-users] yt and ipython notebook

Hmm, well I don't understand why pip uninstall isn't removing the old
IPython files causing the conflict, but they're still hanging around.

A slightly drastic option that will definitely fix this is to completely
remove your old yt installation and then install from scratch.
