[yt-users] zlim, phase plots

That did it.

Additionally, I had to call

the_plot.cmap.set_over( the_plot.cmap(255) )

the_plot.cmap.set_under( the_plot.cmap(0) )

_after_ redraw_image to circumvent the over/under being clipped to white.
