Hi folks,

Here's a draft YTEP about migration:

I'll update with comments soon, once a sample conversion has been made and
put on the GH page.

Comments are welcome, but right now, it'd be much more useful if they were
along the lines of "here's something that also will need to be done" since
this is in its early phases.  But, it's also probably true that we can
start moving forward with phase 1 toward phase 2 already.
