Hi, Nathan--

I did the simplest thing possible on Blue Waters and it seems to work.  I
haven't tried anything in parallel yet.

module swap PrgEnv-cray PrgEnv-gnu
module load hdf5
(both in ~/.modules)
got your script with wget
% bash install_script.sh

Ran in under 20 min.
