[yt-dev] Older versions of the docs

PR to keep only 3 doc versions in the website dropdown tools:
https://bitbucket.org/yt_analysis/website/pull-requests/86/simplify-doc-versions-in-the-dropdown/diff

Between this and Kacper's awesome robot deflections I think users will have
a better experience.
Any other suggestions?
