[yt-dev] Older versions of the docs

I had to ping one of the admins at readthedocs, but yt.readthedocs.org is
now fully no more. It turns out that Matt deleted it months ago, but
readthedocs left some files behind so it was still visible.

Kacper also created this pull request, which should improve google search
results soonish, hopefully:
