[yt-dev] SciPy abstract submission

I agree to drop the last sentence as well, it's not terribly clear, and ending on petabytes and
tens of thousands of cores gives it a nice punch.

How long is the presentation?  I'd worry about too many changes of ambassadors taking up
too much time.
