[yt-dev] YTArray YTEP

Hi Matt.

Thanks for the reminder. Last week was great for sprinting on this and
getting a better idea of what the design should actually look like. We
should definitely go back now and spec a formal design before we integrate
this more. I will draft a YTEP.
