[yt-dev] push_with_ids

Hmm, no idea from my end on why that wouldn't be working.  I'm pretty sure
stephen has run with enzo-3.0 and inline yt, so in principle it should
still work...though I'm pretty sure it's been all openmpi on stephen's side.

Sorry, nothing else comes to mind from my end.
