[yt-dev] 2nd yt workshop

I'd be interested in collaborating on the proposal and serving as an LOC representative if we decide to have the meeting at UCSC.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to set up a hangout to discuss the proposal, establish a budget, and figure out who is going to work on which parts.
