Hi all,

This PR fixes a number of issues with the plot window.  Drop by IRC and 
let us know if you catch any more issues.  Hopefully we have most of the 
corner cases covered by now :)

There are also some docs on the plot window in the yt-doc repo under 
visualization/plots.rst.
