I like vimeo, especially since we have a bunch of yt videos up there now.
 I'll also note that G+ allows you to upload movies there directly and it
makes it available right away in multiple resolutions (up to 720p i think).
 I just tested a video upload and I think a public post would be added to
your public Picasa albums. Not that we should necessarily post there, but
there's nothing wrong with posting multiple places.
