[Yt-dev] galaxy surface density

I think whether the halo profiler can do this or not is dependent on
answers to these questions:

1. Are you assuming spherical halos?  If so,
2. Are you assuming spherically symmetric halos?

If you are assumine both of those to be true, then the surface density
should just be the average density at your given radius, right?
