[yt-users] animations in IPython notebooks?

Hi Brian,

I use JSAnimation to send my advisor simulations all of the time. It is a
great program - someone just needs to take the time to add compression
capability to it, as I find that movies bigger than ~20Megs cannot load in
Chrome.

Anyways, I wrote a python program named RiemannNRHD to solve the classic 1D
Riemann problem for Euler's equations to compare with Athena simulations
using yt, and I animated the comparison using JSAnimation.

Running RiemannNRHD in ipython will generate a movie 'SodShockTube.html'
(linked below) if you activate the last section of code. Alternatively,
there is in an ipython notebook demonstrating some shock tube solutions
using JSAnimation.
