[yt-users] field parameters for off-axis projections

I don't think it's straightforward to do in 2.X.  I think you could do it
with global variables in your field definition - a nasty hack!

In yt-3.0 the camera accepts a data_source keyword argument, so it should
be pretty straightforward to set up field parameters for volume renderings
going forward.
