Hi Christina,

Yes it can.  Search for off axis projections in the docs.
 OffAxisProjectionPlot is a simple interface for making plots if arbitrary
angle projections.

I see that yt can make projection plots along the cartesian axes, and can
also do a light-ray through a particular line of sight.  My question is:
Can yt make a projection plot along an arbitrary axis, specified by some
rotation angle?
