[yt-users] cython issue with install script

Hi guys,

I am trying to run the latest version of the install script and getting the
following failure:

Downloading Cython-0.16.tar.gz from yt-project.org

The Cython tar file is definitely getting downloaded and can be untarred.
Does anyone have any ideas?
