[yt-users] help

Hey Jeff,

Well I was using the command line interface and the flash file I tried as a trial run was "RD0005/RedshiftOutput0005" as it shows on the home page under examples. 

Also if it's more helpful to know I am using the latest FLASH version and the files I think are checkpoint files.

Can you send more information? We cannot diagnose any problems without
much more detail. Were you using the command line interface, or are
you trying to load from a script? If the latter, can you send the
script? What FLASH sample file did you try?
