It looks like your dataset doesn't have particles. If you had
particles, your output would look more like this:

TotalEnergy              Dataset {64, 64, 128}

If you intended on having particles in this simulation, and you cannot
figure out what went wrong, perhaps you should email the enzo-users
list and ask there.
