[yt-users] No module named rockstar_interface

Ok, I feel we're getting closer! That install flag definitely needs to
be set to 1 :)

To be specific, do you see a ".tar" file, or the exact
"rockstar-0.99.6.tar.gz" file I asked about? If there is a difference
in file name that could create a problem.
