[yt-users] Orientation of cutting plane (was no subject)

Nope, no north_ vector in AMRCuttingPlaneBase.  

Looking at the camera interface it looks like something similar could be set up for the cutting plane.  I'll take a look at this sometime if no one else wants to take a stab at it.
