It's hung on the filling of ghost zones.  I introduced a bug a while
back that I then backed out sometime in June; could you make sure you
are on a recent revision (you have to also make sure it is rebuilt,
since the bug was in C code) and then try again?

Looks like you are in IPython.  sqrt is not in any name space, but
sometimes IPython can import it, for instance in pylab-mode.  Just use
na.sqrt to make sure.
