[yt-users] loading halo off disk problem

gso:64_SN_nometal gso$ h5ls halo_list.h5 | grep Halo00000000
Halo00000000             Group

And yes I ran the parallelHOP in serial.  Do I have to run it in parallel?
 Or is my HDF5 broken?
