[yt-svn] License transfer agreement

I hereby consent to make my contributions to the yt project source
code available under the 3-clause BSD license.  This does not include
the contributions of the ARTIO library files, which bear their own LGPL
license as noted in their headers and the LICENSE file included in that
directory.  I also consent to a shared copyright agreement, under which 
I retain copyright over my own contributions to the yt project source 
code, but copyright over the collective source repository is held by the 
entire yt development team, excepting components such as the 
aforementioned ARTIO library that bear their own copyright.
