[yt-svn] Build failed in Jenkins: py2.7-yt_analysis-3.0 #45

Because this error message makes no sense, I am disabling builds of
yt-3.0 until Kacper and I can figure it out.  Kacper, can you disable
it on Ladon, too?

I've followed up with Kacper in a separate email.
