[yt-svn] yt relicensing consent

I hereby consent to make my contributions to the yt project source code 
available under the 3-clause BSD license.  I also consent to a shared 
copyright agreement, under which I retain copyright over my own 
contributions but copyright over the collective source repository is 
held by the entire yt development team.
