Currently there are issues when running with njobs=1 with the HaloProfiler when also using the save_cube functionality.  I think hdf5 files get opened by all processors, creating conflicts.  Not sure how to manage this... perhaps see if the current comm rank is equal to 0, which should work for njobs=-1 as well?
