Nathan Goldbaum:

ProjectionPlot should accept a data_source kwarg.  The data_source will be passed to the AMRProjBase object so that it will be possible to project arbitrary data objects.

ProjectionPlot should also have a thickness kwarg to control the depth of the projection.
