We should be storing field information inside the profile.  This should include fractional addition *and* weighting.  We can then apply labels to these during the profile plotting: "Fraction of total", "Total", "Average".  PlotCollection should not necessarily be updated, but instead we should be doing this to the new ProfilePlotter.  Once that has correctly been implemented, the old options that give bad labels should be removed.
