Description:
  Currently isocontours are extractable from PartitionedGrid objects.  This should be made a less-stringent requirement (or PartitionedGrids should be made more flexible) and the following items should be available:

 * Calculation of fluxes (i.e., velocities interpolated at a barycenter of generated triangles, dot producted with a density term)
 * Inline skipping or masking of child cells
 * Operate on arbitrary 3D arrays
