 Agreed.  Additionally, we should audit which parameters are still used and
 which still ought to be runtime parameters.

 For reference, this is the configuration module we use:

 Note also that we can write out using this, so it is an option to read,
 and if any forbidden sections are found, to write back out a new file.  In
 fact, I wonder if this can and should be done by default when installing
 yt.  In the installation script, if no ~/.yt/config file is found, have it
 write the defaults out.
