I personally like the look of vimeo, as it appears more professional, and we already have a lot of content there. For now, my vote is to just upload to vimeo, but if the situation with youtube changes, we can always switch down the road.<br>

I like vimeo, especially since we have a bunch of yt videos up there now. I'll also note that G+ allows you to upload movies there directly and it makes it available right away in multiple resolutions (up to 720p i think). I just tested a video upload and I think a public post would be added to your public Picasa albums. Not that we should necessarily post there, but there's nothing wrong with posting multiple places.<br>

I think that YouTube has unlimited upload, but limits the time you can<br>
have in each video.<br>

One major downside to YouTube is that from what I can tell, creating<br>
groups/channels/etc is pretty cumbersome compared to Vimeo. I may be<br>
wrong, though, so someone else should feel free to correct me on this.<br>
