Nebula will be shut down completely for maintenance starting at
9am CST on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018 through 5pm CST on Friday, January
5th, 2018.

The downtime will be used to install operating system and kernel patches,
install firmware and BIOS updates, and replace some hardware.

If your instances are running at the start of maintenance we will shut
them down.  They will be restarted once maintenance is complete.

If maintenance finishes early we will send out a notification to let
everyone know that services are back online.
