I would like to have a way to define an "east" direction as well as the "north" direction that is currently able to be defined in the OffAxisProjection plot call.  When I make a ProjectionPlot looking in the y direction I can force the x-axis to from negative to positive from left to right, but am unable to force that when I use the OffAxisProjection call.
