[yt-dev] Should we remove plot collection before 3.0?

Most or even *all* of the docs have removed plot collection, so I
think we're getting there on that front.  And, despite my poorly
worded subject, I am proposing we remove it from *3.0* before
releasing 3.0.  So if you continue to use the 2.X branch, which will
not really go away for some time, you should be okay.  But yes, I
think education is a huge component of this -- and something we need
to ensure we address across the board.
