[yt-dev] SciPy abstract submission

Hi Nathan,

Interesting.  I was under the impression (from Anthony) this was a
possible thing.  I'll write to the organizers' list and ask.

I think a detailed abstract is a good idea.  We can start by fleshing
out what's already in the abstract.
