[yt-dev] Organizational Issues with Docs

I'm ok with the parallel stuff as is now that the cross-refs are in (in
Cameron's PR).  I just found it odd to be introduced to Parallel yt in the
Visualization section and then find the full explanation in a later chapter
(Analyzing).
