[yt-dev] Change to defaults of ProjectionPlot and OffAxisProjectionPlot

Hey Matt,

So you mean, just switch over to prepending "Projected " or "Integrated" to
the line integral type of projections?  That is an acceptable solution for
me, since it fixes the mismatch between the field name and the units on the
colorbar.  Or did you mean something else?

I know Sam isn't still fully on board, though.  Sam, is there anything that
we can do to make this more appetizing for you?

Does anyone else have an opinion on this?
