[yt-dev] Change to defaults of ProjectionPlot and OffAxisProjectionPlot

Hi Cameron,

Okay, I think Jeff's argument has swayed me.

Do you think it would be possible to check for the one type out of the
set enumerated above, and add in "Projected" or "Integrated" for it?
