[yt-dev] yt with python3

Huh, "install" instead of "develop" doesn't seem to do it for me either, I
still have to run 2to3 manually for some reason.

It seemed so easy when Matt suggested I give it a try :)

At most, I just need the front ends at the moment, but is there an eta on
3.1?
