[yt-dev] Cosmology class, cosmological parameters

Hi John,

I put those in and I think they were WMAP7.  Adding a reference is probably
a good idea.  Not sure this is useful, but we could also add a keyword
allowing the user to adopt predefined values, like model="wmap7".
