[yt-dev] Reason, PlotCollection and yt-3.0

+0.5 on removing PlotCollection
I've transitioned some versions of my scripts that used to use
PlotCollection to plot phase plots by making use of BinnedProfile2D, but
haven't transitioned completely to the 3.0 PhasePlot.
