[yt-dev] Nightly binary builds

Hey John,

Do you have access to OSX hosts? What do you think about uploading binary
wheels to pypi for OS X and Windows? This will only be for releases.

The last time I tried, generating a wheel was as simple as "python setup.py
bdist_wheel".

I brought this up a while back, but never got around to tackling it, and it
seems you've solved a lot of the hard parts already.
