[yt-dev] 3.1 today?

Hi all,

I don't think we can do a release until we clear up the issues with the
docs build. I'd be happy to work on fixing docs issues over a hangout or
IRC.

Clear bugfixes should probably be merged before we do a release.  Let's go
over the PR queue as well.

I was hoping to look at some of the issues that have been reported in the
last few days sometime tomorrow. Would anyone be up for a 3.1 mini-sprint?
